I don't know where to start from. Honestly it is an absolute piece of art if you are browsing around and having second guess my advise is JUST GO FOR IT. It adds elegance to your room. Love the fabric, design. Hats off to the customer service they go out of their way to help us out. I had so many queries regarding payment method and other stuff since there are loads of other sellers who are so rude sometimes don't give what they promise for or sometimes you get scammed. I was feeling a bit insecure paying at first before receiving my item but they assured me that they were a legitimate company. I had option to customize with diamonds instead of buttons. During the waiting interval they were responding to my emails when they were not available in live chat and keeping me updated. I received my order just in time in a matter of week. Since I ordered in color champagne beige it came out a bit darker than I expected and did not match with our other furnitures and the whole layout of our living room I immediately messaged them and I got their reply asking me if I want to keep it or change it. What else can I ask for? After putting so much money and having the option to exchange the item is just wonderful I am even way more impressed with their customer service than ever. I have decided to go with creamy white. So I am just waiting to sort out the process of exchanging the item. Really looking forward for the creamy white ottoman storage. EXCITED ALREADY!

Absolutely delighted with my ottoman. Beautiful fabric and finish. It has been much admired already. Would definitely recommend.
