Turned up broken already waited over a week with no reply about this issue very upset
I bought this stool at the beginning of December and having read some reviews online I was prepared for a long delivery time. However after 5 weeks I emailed them as there was no word and I was told the 1st one had been damaged in the post and they would send another one out. And they did! It arrived 5 days later and is absolutely gorgeous. It matches my new sofa cushions perfectly and it took about 3 minutes to put the legs on. Loads of space inside for blankets etc and really well made. Looks really expensive but it wasn’t. 100% would recommend buying it but the whole experience is slightly let down by the ridiculous dispatch times which make no sense since it literally arrived in 5 days once I prodded the company. That said I have no issues with the actual stool. It’s stunning.
