I bought this stool at the beginning of December and having read some reviews online I was prepared for a long delivery time. However after 5 weeks I emailed them as there was no word and I was told the 1st one had been damaged in the post and they would send another one out. And they did! It arrived 5 days later and is absolutely gorgeous. It matches my new sofa cushions perfectly and it took about 3 minutes to put the legs on. Loads of space inside for blankets etc and really well made. Looks really expensive but it wasn’t. 100% would recommend buying it but the whole experience is slightly let down by the ridiculous dispatch times which make no sense since it literally arrived in 5 days once I prodded the company. That said I have no issues with the actual stool. It’s stunning.

Absolutely love this footstool, we had been looking for one for ages, black buttoned ottoman. Could we find one, nope! Then Istools popped up and they could make exactly what I wanted for the same price as the similar ones already on the market. It’s great quality, looks lovely!

The stool is beautifully finished and fulfills all our requirements, including very useful storage space.

I ordered this and delivery was 7 days time and it was free. The footstool is lovely and looks far more expensive than what it costs. I can highly recommend. 😊
