FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION

Can this fit inside smaller city flats like in London or Edinburgh?

Yes. The medium and large sizes fit very well in UK city flats where space is limited. It gives you a seat, table, and storage all in one.

Does the ottoman arrive fully assembled in the UK?

The main body comes ready-made. You simply attach the legs, which takes only a few minutes with easy instructions.

Can I place a tray on top and use it as a coffee table daily?

Yes. You can use a flat tray to place drinks, snacks, or remotes. The surface is firm enough for daily use.

Is the colour fade-resistant in UK weather (sunlight from windows)?

Yes. The fabric is made to resist fading from normal window light, even during summer months when the sun is stronger.

Is this ottoman safe for homes with kids?

Yes. The edges are soft, and the cushion top reduces sharp corners. It is safer compared to wooden benches or metal-legged tables.

Can I use this ottoman as a bench for putting on shoes near the entrance?

Yes. Many UK buyers use it in hallways for sitting while putting on shoes. You can also store shoes inside to keep the area clean.

Does the storage lid stay open when lifting, or do I need to hold it?

The top is designed to lift smoothly and stay steady, so you can use both hands to place items inside without holding the lid up constantly.

Do you offer returns or exchanges for UK customers?

Yes. If you are not happy with the item, you can request a return or exchange. You just need to keep the item in good condition and contact support within the return period.

Is the fabric pet-friendly for UK homes with cats or dogs?

Yes. The fabric is durable and tightly woven. It does not tear easily, and pet hair can be cleaned with a simple lint roller.

How heavy is the ottoman? Can one person move it easily?

Yes, one person can move it. It is solid but not too heavy. You can slide it on carpet and gently lift it on hard floors.

Can I use this ottoman as end-of-bed seating in UK double or king bedrooms?

Yes. The long sizes fit well at the end of most UK double, king, and super-king beds. It gives you a clean place to sit and store bed covers.

Is this ottoman good for storing kids’ toys in family homes?

Yes. Many buyers use this for toy storage because the top opens easily, and kids can put their toys inside without trouble.

Does the colour look the same in natural daylight commonly found in UK homes?

Yes. The damask peacock colour stays bright in both warm indoor light and cool natural window light. It looks bold even on cloudy UK days.

Will the legs stay stable on UK carpet flooring?

Yes. The non-slip wooden legs stand stable on both carpet and hard floors. You don’t need special pads or grips for most UK carpets.

Is the storage deep enough for winter blankets used in UK homes?

Yes. The storage area can hold thick blankets, winter duvets, or extra bedding that many UK homes use during colder months.

Can I use this ottoman in rented flats where I want easy, non-permanent furniture?

Yes. This ottoman is great for rented flats because it is easy to move, does not mark the floor, and gives you extra storage without drilling or fitting anything.

Does this ottoman fit well in UK-style living rooms with narrow walkways?

Yes. The shape is long and slim, so it fits nicely in UK homes where living rooms have narrow sides or small walking spaces. It gives you storage without blocking movement.
